The Mesalina project is located in the city of Cuernavaca, Morelos. It is a residential complex made up of eight houses and common areas that include a swimming pool, paddle tennis court, fire pit, terrace, and gardens with play areas.
Two types of houses were designed, taking into account functionality in a small space and a closed design to facilitate privacy in each space.
The master plan offers an underground parking garage connected by two elevators, allowing the upper floor to be completely free for recreational areas and user circulation.
