Celeste Residential is an urban development project in Jojutla - Tequesquitengo, Morelos, with more than 25 hectares.
In this project, a natural, urban, regulatory analysis and architectural proposal of common areas were made.
The feasibility of an underground infrastructure, security with controlled access, and hydraulic flow with a water well were thoroughly studied. Environmental preservation was also taken into account and was a key factor.
The master plan design includes a clubhouse, main entrance, and green areas. The land was subdivided in accordance with the site's topography and took into account the natural context.
