Althea Senior Leaving
The Althea Senior Leaving project is a senior living complex that integrates various services, from amenities and rest to medical and therapy services.
A master plan focused on the activation of senior residents was designed, with a building module serving as apartments with different common areas in each to encourage seniors to explore the entire complex.
Right in the center of the project is a building that would serve as a clubhouse and administrative office with a clinic. This would assist us with care and emergencies, along with managing the entire complex.
The project also included green areas with pathways and sound gardens to connect all the spaces and provide auditory and cognitive therapies to residents.
